Chief Manager(Systems) and Chief Manager(Defence Marketing) posts need a degree in B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech.
CEL Recruitment 2023 Salary:
The salary scale starts from Rs70,000- Rs.1,80,000 for Sr. Manager / Manager. For Assistant General Manager the salary starts from Rs 90,000 – Rs.2,40,000/-. For the post-Chief Manager(Systems), and Chief Manager(Defence Marketing)the salary scale begins from Rs.80000-220000/-.
CEL Recruitment 2023 Experience:
Minimum 12 years experience for Sr. Manager (SSG) & Minimum 9 Years’ experience for Manager (SSG). A minimum of 16 Years’ experience is needed for Assistant General Manager. Both, the Chief Manager(Systems) and Chief Manager(Defence Marketing) required a Minimum of 14 years of experience.
