The candidates should completed Bachelors Degree/ Graduation from recognized University or Institution. The Applicants must have 0 to 12 years of work experience in relevant filed.

Job Description:

• To conduct gold ornament valuation and verification in terms of weight, purity, and condition. To reduce the danger, detect counterfeit, low-purity gold and frauds.
• Before and after the loan is disbursed, ensure that proper KYC and other specified documentation processes are followed.
• Follow the bank’s policy, process, and other criteria. To avoid the potential risk, improve the current method.
• Maintaining the TAT for prompt gold loan disbursement.
• Customer / portfolio retention through meaningful involvement on a regular basis.
• Secure safe room operations, security measures, and branch operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure timely interest collection, repayment, and the elimination of nonperforming assets (NPA).
• Internal audit compliance is important. Within the TAT, resolve the concerns raised in the audit.
