BVFCL Eligibility Criteria
Senior Personnel Officer: Candidates should have completed MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or HRM or PG Diploma in related field. Applicant needed to have minimum 8 years of work experience in related field. Candidates who completed Degree in Law will be preferred.
Assistant Personnel Officer: Candidate should completed MBA or PG Diploma in related field. Applicant needed to have 3 years of professional executive in Human Resource or in related field.
Public Relation Officer: Applicant should have completed PG Degree or Diploma in Journalism or Public Relations or Mass Communications. Applicant needed to have minimum 5 years of work experience in related field.
Assistant Administrative Officer: Candidates should have completed MBA or PG Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of post qualification executive experience in Administration or Estate and Land Matters or in related field.

- For Senior Personnel Officer upper age limit is 48 years.
- For Public Relation Officer upper age limit is 45 years.
- For Assistant Personnel Officer and Assistant Administrative Officer upper age limit is 40 years.
