BSF SI Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:

• SI – Between 22 to 28 years
• HC – Between 20 to 25 years.
• CT (Crew) (Group – ‘C’) – Between 20 to 25 years.

BSF SI Recruitment 2022 Qualification | BSF SI Qualification:

Candidates should passed 10+2 or its equivalent / Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent

Second Class Master Certificate issued by the Central or State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department. First Class Engine Driver Certificate issued by the Central or State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department. Serang Certificate. Possessing IInd Class Engine Driver Certificate.

BSF SI Salary:

1. SI (Master) (Group – ‘B’) – Level-6 (Rs.35400- 112400/-)
2. HC (Workshop Trade) (Group – ‘C’) – Level-4 (Rs.25500- 81100/-)
3. CT (Crew) (Group – ‘C’) – Level-3 (Rs.21700- 69100/-)

BSF Recruitment 2022 Application Fee:

Candidates applying for Group — ‘B’ posts to pay Rs. 200/- and candidates applying for Group — ‘C’ poststo pay Rs.100/- through any of the prescribed digital modes i.eNetbanking/UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card/Wallet etc. Fee is exempted for candidates belonging to SC, ST, BSF candidates and Ex-servicemen. Service charge will be charged from every candidate including exempted category. 

BSF SI Selection Procedure:

The selection shall be held in two phases as under

(a) First Phase

(i) Written Examination.

(b) Second Phase

(i) Documentation

(ii) Physical Measurement.

(iii) Physical Efficiency Test.

(iv) Trade Test.

(v) Medical Examination.
