Education Qualification & Required Experience

For Quality Analyst: Candidates should have Graduate and 2 years to 3 years of experience is needed.

Skills: Working collaboratively and cross-departmentally, Should have understanding in platform UI/UX, Should have hands-on experience in owning the complete product cycle – having taken multiple products from ideation to launch stage.

For Institutional Quant: Candidate should have Graduate, with preference for MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent from recognized universities in India/overseas and should have 10+ years of experience is needed.

Skills: Good network and relationships with domestic funds, Strong communication skills, Knowledge of Indian capital markets and operations, Quick and prompt to identify and point out opportunities.

For Institutional Equity: Candidate should have Graduate, with preference for MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent from recognized universities in India/overseas and should have 10+ years of experience is needed.

Skills: Candidate should have good network and relationships with DII’s & FII’s, Have strong oral and written communication skills, Have knowledge of CASH & Derivative trading / Omnisys system, Be quick, prompt and fast in trade execution. Good understanding of Bloomberg, Fix order management, Blocks sourcing skills.

BOBCAPS Job 2021 Description

For Quality Analyst: Build test cases for various trading platforms implement the same accordingly, Should have sound understanding retail broking, broking platforms and trading products, Should be able to implement best practice in testing a software/platform, Communicate and liaise with both internal stakeholders as well as vendors to get the issues reported fixed and re-tested.

For Institutional Quant: As an Institutional Equity Quant & Derivatives Sales Trader, the person will primarily advise / service Domestic Institutions and FII’s and should have the relevant (Trader / FM level) Client connects, Have in-depth knowledge & relevant experience of Technical analysis, understanding of market trends using TA, Derivs, Indices and Quant data, Preparing relevant reports as above / roll over analysis / Index Rebal.

For Institutional Equity: As Institutional Equity Sales Trader, Develop and maintain relationship with traders from FII Props, HEDGE Funds, FII Long Only Local Funds, Have an experience in Indian capital markets and trends to be able to advise buyside trader clients on market developments and best execution, Well conversant with Algorithm Trading, Hands-on Expertise in Bloomberg, Pair Trading, Arbitrage Trading, NSE – CM & FNO Trade handling expertise.
