Bank Of Baroda SO Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:
BOB Qualification:
Candidates should have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India. /Govt. bodies/AICTE.
Experience:
Candidates should have a Minimum 1.5 to 2 Years of Experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public Banks / Private Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Security Firms / Asset Management Companies Rich Knowledge and Experience in Mutual funds and Insurance is desirable.
BOB Age Limit Details:
Sr. Relationship Manager – candidates should have age limit between 24 to 35 years.
e- Wealth Relationship Manager – candidates should have age limit between 23 to 35 years.
Bank Of Baroda SO Salary Details:
The compensation provided will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, general suitability, the candidate’s last drew salary, and market benchmarks for the specific roles.
Aside from the Fixed Salary, chosen candidates will be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay, which is paid in addition to the Fixed Salary but is tied to the attainment of particular goals.

Senior Relationship Manager:
- Will be in charge of Liabilities and Wealth Management product revenues.
- All banking service inquiries will be directed to a Customer Service Executive (CSE). Review customer wealth needs and proactively engage with the customer to ensure that his demands are understood.
- Review product penetration for the specified client base, and identify new clients for whom specialised items might be provided to boost product penetration.
- All loan and cross-sell referrals will be forwarded to the appropriate departments.
- Organize customer events to strengthen customer relationships.
- Converting referral leads to new consumers is a great way to get new clients.
E-Wealth Relationship Manager:
- Will be in charge of managing HNI clients from multiple locations, all of which will be controlled through a single hub.
- Will be in charge of Liabilities and Wealth Management product revenues.
- All questions about banking services will be directed to the Customer Service Executive (CSE) assigned to them.
- Review the customer’s wealth requirements and contact with him on a regular basis to ensure that he understands them.
- Review product penetration for the specified client base, and identify new clients for whom specialised items might be provided to boost product penetration.
