Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess disputed credit card transactions, i.e., fraudulent and non-fraud
- Validate card network rules, regulations, and reason codes.
- Gather evidence from a variety of data sources, i.e., e-commerce platforms, fraud alert portals, shipping vendors, and multiple payment service providers (i.e., gateways, processors, and networks).
- Appropriate action on the VISA/MASTER/RUPAY network to resolve these disputes
- Use the VISA/MASTERCARD/RUPAY network to interact with acquirers.
- Investigate with the cardholder about the disputed transactions.
- Good understanding of the VISA, Mastercard, and RUPAY settlement processes and network guidelines standards.
- Excellent understanding of VISA/MASTERCARD/RUPAY settlement vouchers/reports
- MIS maintenance
- Reconciliation of Chargeback GL Issuing, Acquiring, etc.
