BOB Recruitment 2023 Qualification:
For Retired Candidates:
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
For Young Candidates:
The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.); however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

For Retired Candidates:
The Maximum age limit of the applicants for Business Correspondent Supervisors will be 65 years. The maximum age for the continuation of BC supervisor will be 65 years.
For Young Candidates:
Applicant’s age limit should be 21 – 45 years at the time of appointment.
