As per the notification, Candidates must have completed Matriculation plus a three-year diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, Industrial Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification issued by the Armed Forces.
Applicants must be under 45 years old as of January 1, 2002. Before applying for any position, the candidate should make sure that he or she meets all of the requirements. The selection shall be made on the basis of merit, as determined by a written examination. Candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted to verify their original documents. The shortlisted candidates shall get the salary for the position is 33,040 – 63,490 with 3% annual increment. The allowances as applicable as per the rules of the BMRCL O&M Wing. There are no examination fees because this is a unique recruitment drive for ex-military individuals.
