Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced the hiring of 15 people for the positions of Member (Research Staff), Project Engineer – I, and Trainee Engineer – I. BEL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

Project Engineer – I: candidates should have pass in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) or MSc. (Photonics) / MSc (Tech) Photonics / M.Tech in Optoelectronics & Optical communication/ Laser / Applied Optics from the recognized university.

Trainee Engineer – I: candidates should have pass in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) 04 years course approved Institute / University in the relevant disciplines of Engineering.

Member (Research Staff) E-III: Full time M.E/M.Tech with specialization in Signal Processing / Communication & Signal Processing / Electronics Design & Technology/ Control Systems & Instrumentation / Control & Computing/ Robotics & Automation along with preceding qualification of BE/B.Tech(Full Time).

BEL Age Limit 2021:

Candidates should have an age between 25 to 37 years of age.

BEL Salary Details 2021:

The candidates who are selected would be paid in the range of – Rs. 25,000 – 160000. Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund and Gratuity as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.

BEL Selection Process:

The shortlisted candidates will be called for the Written Test/ interview. The results of the final selection will be available on BEL website.

BEL application fee:

• The application cost for Project Engineers is Rs. 500/- and for Trainee Engineers is Rs. 200/- and must be sent by DD in favour of “Bharat Electronics Limited” payable at Pune with the application. The application cost is waived for those who are SC/ST/PWD.
• The application cost for general/OBC applicants is Rs. 750/- and must be paid through SBI Collect (through online mode or through SBI Branch). The application cost is waived for those who are SC/ST/PWD for Member (Research Staff) E-III.
