BEL Job Age Limit:

The aspirants should below the upper age limit of 28 years to apply for this recruitment. The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC, ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years. For candidates belonging to PWD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation.

BEL Recruitment Educational Qualification:

The candidates who are willing to apply for the Project Officer-1 (HR) should have the educational qualification of MBA / MSW / MHRM / MA with the Specialisation in Human Resources. For other Project Engineer posts, the applicants are expected to have the educational qualification of BE/B.Tech /B.Sc Engg in relevant field. The candidates without the educational qualification should not considered by the board.

BEL Recruitment Application Fee:

The candidates who are willing to apply for this recruitment should have paid the application fee of Rs 500/- to apply. However, the candidates belonging to PWD, SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee.

BEL Salary Details:

The candidates who will be selected for this recruitment will get the salary of Rs.35,000/-, Rs.40,000/-, Rs.45,000/- and Rs.50,000/- per month for1st,2nd,3rdand 4th year of contract respectively. However, the period of engagement will be decided by the board. In addition to the salary indicated above, a consolidated amount of Rs.10,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses for the selected candidates.

BEL Job Recruitment Process 2021:

The candidates who applied for this recruitment will be assessed by three parameters. They are

• Aggregate Marks secured in Degree for 75 Marks
• Relevant Post Qualification Experience for 10 Marks
• At lasts the candidate’s performance in the Interview for 15 Marks

So, they will be assessed for the 100 Marks in aggregate. So, the candidates should prepare for their interview as well as possible. Candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview will receive interview call only by email. The interview will be done through the video based mode. The details of the interview will be intimated by the board soon.
