BDL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
General Manager (HR): Candidate should have completed MBA in 1st class or PG Diploma in HR or equivalent. Candidates should have minimum 18 years of work experience in related field.
Deputy General Manager (New Projects): Candidature should have completed First Class in Degree of 5 years integrated Engineering course in related field. Applicant should have minimum 14 years of Executive experience to apply.
Medical Officer: Candidate should complete MBBS or MS/ MD from any medical college recognized by the Government with 2 years of experience. Candidate who has Industrial Establishment Hospital experience will be preferred.
Asst. Manager (Safety): Candidate should have completed Graduation in any branch of Engineering or Technology or Post Graduation in Physics or Chemistry from a recognized University to apply. Candidate should have 2 years of work experience in related field.
MT: Candidate should have completed First Class in Bachelor’s Degree or 5- Year Integrated course in Engineering or Technology in related field. No work experience required to apply for MT post. For more details check official notification.

BDL Selection Process
- For the posts of General Manager (HR), Deputy General Manager (New Projects), Medical Officer and Asst. Manager (Safety) candidates will be shortlisted for Interview based on academic records and previous work experience. Shortlisted candidates list will be displayed in official website. based on performance in interview candidates will get selected.
- Management Trainee will be selected based on the Computer Based Online Test written examination and Interview. Written exam contains 150 MCQ questions which divided into 2 parts.
BDL Application Fee
Applicants should have to pay Rs. 500 as application fee thorough SBI e-pay. SC / ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Internal Employees are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
BDL Apply Last Date
Application Portal will be available from 04.07.2021 to 19.07.2021. Candidates should submit the hard copy of the application on or before 27.07.2021.
