BARC Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

The candidate minimum age limit for Medical/Scientific Officer-E is 50 years, for D grade is 40 years, and for C grade is 35 years, for the technical officer is 35 years as on the last date is necessary.

Education Qualification

For Medical/Scientific Officer E

Candidate should have MS/MD or equivalent (Nuclear Medicine) from a recognized University with 4 years of experience after acquiring the prescribed qualifications.

For Medical/Scientific Officer-D

Candidate should have MS/MD or DNB from a recognized University OR M. D. / D. N. B or equivalent in General Medicine from a recognized University (minimum 3 years of experience after Post Graduation will be preferred.

For Medical/Scientific Officer-C

Candidate should have B.V.Sc& AH (5 years program) recognized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) with one-year experience of working in a laboratory animal facility OR MBBS with one-year institutional experience. The mandatory internship shall not be counted as experience.

For Technical Officer

The candidate should have B.Sc with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics with Maths and Chemistry as ancillary subjects and M.Sc. in Physics (General and Nuclear Physics) with a minimum of 60% marks.

BARC Recruitment 2022 Salary

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Medical/Scientific Officer-E grade is Rs.78800+NPA, for D grade is Rs.67700+NPA, for C grade is Rs.56100+NPA and for Technical Officer salary is Rs.56100/- PM from the respective board.

BARC Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

Selection will be based on performance in the personal interview. In case, the response is more, this Research Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview by conducting screening tests of the eligible candidates. The decision of the Research Centre will be final and binding.
