BOB Recruitment 2022 Qualification

For National Receivable Manager: Candidate age limit should be between 40 years and 55 years is mandatory to apply, he/she should have a degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE, desirable qualification is Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management is needed. Minimum of 16 years experience in BSFI sector with an exposure in collection and/or its related activities is needed.

For Head strategy: candidate age limit should be between 38 years and 50 years is mandatory, he/she should have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt.bodies/ AICTE and Desirable qualification is Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management & Professional Certification in Project Management. Minimum of 12 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 10 years’ experience in Collection profile is preferred.
