The candidates should complete Graduate/ Post Graduate with 2 -3 years of related experience. NISM Certification is mandatory

Job Role:

• To manage client interactions received via phone, walk-ins, emails, and other means, in accordance with established SOPs and within the regulatory framework.
• At the branch level, manage investor/distributor relationships and create value for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transaction acceptance that is efficient and error-free, with no deviations in KYC acceptance and processing.

• Should have Positive approach
• Delivers quality service & follows customer needs in a professional, courteous and timely manner.

Other Requirement:
