- Develop new applications in the organization by bringing in new ideas, efficiency in the process, also by partnering in defining the tech strategy of the organization
- Leading the team from front and guide them on regular basis for smooth implementation
- Leading the support team and ensuring proper support mechanism is in place for all the applications in use
- Manage and deliver CRM, Data warehouse, data analytics and RPA projects
- Identifying and evaluate a suitable implementation partner for the new solutions planned
- Ensuring that the UI is designed by the development vendor as per the needs and brings efficiency to the process
- Reporting the status of projects regularly to management and timely highlight potential risks identified
- Coordination with respective teams for all audits and regulatory checks
