Axis Bank Job Eligibility:

Data Specialist (HR & Admin):

• Master’s Degree in the Relevant Field
• 3-8 Experience in a relevant role

Data Specialist (Internal Audit):

• Minimum 2 years experience needed in Date Analytics
• Experience with Data Exploration, Data Cleaning, Data Manipulation, and Featuring Engineering
• Data Base Management using PL/SQL
• Experience in Revenue Assurance in BFSI Sector

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist:

• Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
• 3-8 Experience in a relevant role

Data Scientist:

• 4-8 experience in relevant industry.
• The Aspirant should be an expert at analyzing large amounts of raw information to find patterns and extract valuable insights

Program Manager:

• ITIL processes along with sound SDLC knowledge. Operating in agile methodology and Devops functions.
• 5+ experience with sound SDLC and ITIL knowledge.
• IT experience in BFSI domain.
• Strong program and project management skills. Working with hybrid teams with diverse set of stakeholders

Data Specialist – Visualization:

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in data Visualization and dash boarding
• Excellent visual skills to create effective interaction design through dashboard
• Expertise with charts and other data visualization techniques
• Knowledge of developing dashboard through Tableau
• Knowledge of various components of Tableau

Data Scientist – Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning:

• Minimum 3-4 years of prior experience in data science – Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Knowledge of developing various decision models using large data sets
• Experience in handling unstructured data including scan documents, images and voice
• Understanding of table structure, field details and relate the same with the audit requirements
