The candidates should completed Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute. Applicants must have minimum 2 years to 8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Respond to client questions and concerns with appropriate solutions
- Promote and cross-sell retail banking and third-party goods to engage customers and create income.
- Organize and manage relationships with mapping customers in order to deepen existing ones.
- On a monthly basis, meet sales targets set by the organization.
- Comply with the bank’s KYC/SEBI standards, regulations, and legislation
Role Proficiencies:
- a working understanding of banking legislation and standards
- Maintain a thorough understanding of banking goods and services.
- In both English and the local language, excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills are required.
