As a result, the Principals are required to thoroughly verify the original certificates as well as collect and maintain all photocopies of certificates.

- After the web counseling is completed, a list of allotted candidates and vacancy positions is posted on the web.
- Candidates are required to report to their respective institutions on or before December 18, 2021. Seats that remain vacant at the end of Phase 2 are listed in the vacancy position on the website. https://sche.ap.gov.in All colleges’ vacancy positions (unfilled seats at the end of the most recent phase of counseling) are posted on the students’ web site, and the vacancy of the concerned college can be downloaded by logging in as a college user on the department site.

Eligibility Criteria:
Only those who have not yet applied for admission are eligible. Candidates will not be admitted on the spot unless their original certificates are verified. The positions will be filled first by individuals who have passed the APECET-2021 and have a 44.5 percent or higher (for OC) and 39.5 percent or higher (for BC/SC/ST) in the applicable Diploma/B.Sc. Examination.
Principals are requested to collect the following processing fee from each candidate admitted through ECET Spot admissions:

Because certain category seats are diverted to open competition during the second phase of admissions, all vacancies may be treated as Open Category, with OC/BC/SC/ST candidates being considered in the order of merit for these seats. If no female candidates are available, boy candidates can be substituted.
On or before January 24, 2022, upload spot admissions through the web site https://sche.ap.gov.in. On 10.01.2022, universities will receive links relating to spot admissions. On or before January 24, 2022, the web portal will provide the list of candidates admitted during spot admissions, together with scanned copies of certificates and payment information.
