Check Here To Know The Reason Behind: Anna University is responsible for conducting the semester exams and declaration of the results for engineering students. In a recent announcement of the semester result, the university holds the results for certain colleges.
The semester exams for students were held last November and December. The result for the 3rd, 5th, and 7th-semester exams was released yesterday evening. According to the report, the result of the colleges which did not participate in the answer correction work in Chennai and colleges which did not submit the account of funds that has given for paper correction has been held.
The result of the colleges that have not submitted the exam fees is also withheld. The above-mentioned details are the reason for the withheld of the results. This withheld result affected the students and they are raising queries in colleges for seeking the reasons for this incident.

According to the report, only 50 percent (approx) of students have cleared all the subjects in the semester exam. This is less when compared to the previous year’s results.
