Amazon selection process will have four levels as follows:
- Aptitude Test
- Group Discussion
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
Aptitude Test:
This is the first round of the selection process. This test evaluates a candidate’s abilities through a variety of different testing formats. Group Discussion:
Applicants who will get selected after the aptitude test will be called for Group Discussion. A group discussion is well known as GD. Technical Interview:
The third level of the selection process is Technical Interview where one can have to answer the technical questions which are asked by the employers. This test assesses candidates’ technical skills, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
HR Interview:
The Final Round is HR Interview.
