Amazon Raised Salary for Deliver Boys – 1.25 Lakh Job will be created!!! – Amazon increased average starting salary in US. Now Amazon has increased the starting salary to 18$ per hour and also giving signing bonuses of 3,000$. Vice President of Amazon Delivery Services Dave Bozeman announced this increment. Over 125,000 warehouse and transportation workers will be hired in Amazon.

Amazon is now second biggest US private employer which raise salary from 17$ to 18$ per hour. This pay check increment shows that the necessity of tight US labour market. Amazon Vice President Dave Bozeman said that “It’s a tight labour market, and we’ve seen some of that as the entire industry is seeing,” This increment will attract Americans to join in Amazon.
Amazon hiring workers for 100 logistics facilities this month in the United States and over 250 logistics is announced to be opened this year. Over 1.25 lakh workers will be hired warehouse workers. Amazon also said that to fill the job opening as quickly as possible they were planned to hire workers as both full time and part time workers.
Pay check increment for starters will attracted candidates for Amazon’s Stockton, California warehouse, which will set to open in October Nicole Bilich, human resources manager said. He also said that recruiting 2,200 employees in three to four months is a difficult task. Previously Amazon CEO Andy Jassy hired for over 55,000 candidates for IT and corporate jobs throughout the world.
