Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal Quality monitoring tracker & send reports as per the frequency agreed upon
- Completion of Quality audit targets assigned as per the agreement
- Conduct calibrations with internal stakeholders & client as per the agreement
- Analyze performance indicators and encourage awareness and performance improvements
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Record customer queries/enquiries
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Manage change management and update (Deliver) process related changes to Operations
- Handle and support OJT batches
- Maintain internal training reports and send out reports to external & internal stakeholders as per the frequency agreed upon
- Analyze daily performance indicators and encourage awareness and performance improvements and others.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent Communication skills, Facilitation and Presentation skills
- Should be flexible with 24/7 working environment
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Aviation experience is a must and others
