Company Secretary: Candidate should have completed graduation in any discipline and must have Associate or Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Applicant should have minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in Company Secretarial functions.

Air India Selection Process
Candidates who meet eligibility criteria and qualify Pre-Employment Medical Examination will be shortlisted for personal Interview. Based on performance in Interview candidates will be selected. The selected candidate will have to pay Pre-Employment Medical Examination cost.
AIESL Contract Details
Selected Candidates initially appointed for the period of 5 years and the contract period is extendable for another 5 years. It will get extended based on performance.
