- Capable of leading the team, Ability to help shape the backlog into a solution working with the BA and PO, Peer code reviews, Capable of managing a diverse set of Stakeholders PO, SA, Business, Tech, etc. Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
