Aadhaar Is Essential For Registering Higher Secondary – State Education Department Announced: The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has released a notice that states that the Aadhaar number of the students is essential for registering for higher secondary examination for the academic year 2023 – 2024. Students under this state are instructed to make a note of this and advised to take action beforehand.

According to the notice, the online filling & submission of the registration form will commence from 16.08.2023 and will continue up to 31.10.2023 without late fee, and from 03.11.2023 to 10.11.2023 institution can apply with a late fee. For students who failed to provide an Aadhaar number, the processing of admit cards for the forthcoming H. S. Examination will be difficult and the concerned students may not be allowed to sit for the examination.
Students who have also failed to update their Aadhaar details during the registration of higher secondary examinations for the academic year 2022 – 2023 are instructed to attach the details at the time of enrolment of those students in December 2023. To know further details click the link below.
