Infosys Hire 50, 000 Freshers This Year – It Will Hike the Salary to Their Employees. IT giant Infosys reports that, the company hired 85,000 freshers at this economic year even attrition among the business sectors reached the new extent. The company did this hiring process by both off campus and on campus. By this process many freshers got job from the nooks and corners of the nation.
The company declared their Q4 results which it gets their Rs 5,686 crore net profit. This profit is compared to the growth of around 12 percent of Rs 5,076 crore in the year-ago quarter. The Infosys appoints 54,396 employees for the year and plans to hire 50,000 more freshers in FY23. The appointing of spree comes amidst a spike in attrition and a new war for tech talent in the country.

The CEO Infosys said, the attrition stood at 27.7 percent. The company have a plane to hike the salaries of their employees who have the deserving knowledge. This is because of strong revenue growth guidance for FY23 at 13-15 per cent, with operating margins at 21-23 per cent. Parekh said that the company delivered the highest annual growth in a decade and continues to gain market share as a result of sustained clients’ confidence.
