The IT companies TCS, Infosys, and Wipro recently announced the Q3 results of their own. By releasing their Q3 results these companies reports their profit of their quarter year.
These IT firms report to hiring drive in FY22, which experienced a significant increase in the previous year. In the year of 2021 these firms appointed totally 1.7 lakh employees. By the year of 2020 this increase of hiring dropped to the number of 31,000. This rise of hiring coincides with India’s change to the digital mode amid the pandemic of Covid-19.
