SSC Important Notice Regards Malpractice of the Exam: Read Completely and Carefully Before attending any of the SSC Examination!!! – Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notice regards Malpractices in Examinations conducted by the Commission. In that notice SSC said that, if anyone found be doing malpractice in SSC examination then Disciplinary & legal action would be taken against such candidates as per rules.

Misconduct of exam is explained as disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission & storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means i.e., verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the rough papers supplied in the exam centre or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content.

If any of the candidates found to be doing any one of the listed misconducts then they will be debarred or disqualified from examination. Disciplinary & legal action would be taken against such candidates as per rules & such matters would be reported to police, if necessary.
If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of exam or creating disturbances at the exam venue, his/her candidature will be disqualified from the examination. Such candidates shall also be liable to be debarred from future exam of the Commission & legal proceedings could be initiated against him/her.
