Job Description / Responsibilities:

Investment Banking (Debt):

• Would be responsible for Business development, origination, and client relationship. Should be able to ideate, innovate, and strategize to source business. Should be able to guide the team for origination and winning pitches & mandates across various industries.
• Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM) to establish the viability of the Company operations
• Develop Financial Model & based on realistic cash flow assumptions

Skills:

• At least 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in credit appraisal, credit research, project appraisal or corporate finance, debt restructuring
• Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple  projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Research Associate:

• Be part of a well reputed established research team serving domestic and foreign institutional investors, and other relevant investor segments
• Assist the analyst in covering companies, sector/s and macro economy, and tracking news flow for companies and sectors

Skills:

• Strong accounting, analytical and forecasting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – specially in modeling / spreadsheet)
• Well versed with use of databases such as Bloomberg, CMIE, Reuters, Factset, etc.

Candidates should have possessed Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas. Post Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas. Valid NISM Series XV certification required.
