Technical Support Engineer: Candidate should provide voice based support to international/domestic customers over phone (Inbound and Outbound). Applicant should be able to build a rapport with the customer, with clear and confident communication. Focus to be on customer satisfaction and first-time-resolution. Willingness to work in night shifts.
Technical/ Content Writer: Candidate should not be just good content writers but also good content consumers – who understand the kind of content which is being written in digital media across platforms. This consumption, we feel, will feed into the writing and make it contemporary and relevant.

Marketing Analyst: Write, rewrite, test and maintain website and landing pages. Create and maintain accurate comparison documents. Write briefs for ads, landing pages, marketing videos, webinars, email campaigns. Maintain analytics for website and non-regular marketing campaigns. Create content that adds value to customers, prospects and the market in general.
Designer – Visual/Graphic: Build digital assets for marketing campaigns that align with the look and feel of those campaigns across other touch points. Assist in the planning, Ming and creative for marketing automation campaigns to include Email, Social Media, PPC. Design dynamic banners and static banners for Google Display Network and other 3rd party networks. Assist in design websites with Wire-framing and UX capabilities. Design printed collateral, signage, print ads, etc.
Web Developer: Develop new components based on the design spec. Work independently and write maintainable code. Understand existing code and suggest optimization in terms of functionality and performance. Work on client frameworks for Caching and develop reusable components.
