Work from Home Compulsory?? New Rule Launched by the Govt-What?? Work from Home becomes a Rule in Indian Constitution?? The government of India decided to give a flexible, portable and life balancing career to the citizens of the nation. In that way the commerce and industry ministry which working under the govt of India launched a new amazing and innovative law name as rule 43 A.
As per the new rule (rule 43 A) 50 percent of the employees can able to get the work from home job opportunity. By this innovative rule, workforce including contractual staff has a chance to get the work from home or any place outside the Special Economic Zones-SEZ as the working environment. The Ministry of commerce from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, released the notification regard this work from home allotment rule (rule 43 A).

The official notification related to the commencement of the rule made amendments to the Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Rules, 2006. SEZ is an area in a country that is subject to different economic regulations than other regions within the same country. The economic regulations of special economic zones (SEZs) tend to be conducive to-and attract, foreign direct investment (FDI).
