Work From Home: WFH begins to End!!! Companies required Employees to Come back to Office. Tech firms are preparing to phase out the entire work-from-home system. A handful of businesses have begun summoning their staff back to work. At the same time, some businesses do not wish to compel their employees to return to work.

Tata Consultancy Services and HCL have announced that their present hybrid work system will be maintained. Infosys and Cognizant, on the other hand, are in the process of progressively bringing their people back to work. The global Covid situation has improved recently, and the majority of their employees, their families, and those who have taken two doses of the vaccine are now healthy. Tata Motors stated in a statement that it was committed to working at the hybrid level, as well as in the company’s office and at home.

However, Tata has been forcing its employees to return to the office, but not compulsorily. But the company suggests that senior management level employees must come to the office.

HCL

HCL, on the other hand, is keen to bring employees back to the office as per the requirements of their clients and others. But report says, citing HCL that the current work-from-home system continues to prioritize employee safety.

Infosys

Meanwhile, Infosys has entered the next phase of the process of bringing its employees back to office. Employees are also instructed to come to the office one or two days a week to work.

But 40-50 percent of their employees still stay at work from home. Richard Lobo, Executive Vice President and HR Head, Infosys, says the company is working to bring them all back to office in stages.

Cognizant

Cognizant, like Infosys, is trying to bring its employees to the office. Cognizant is also working to gradually reduce the number of employees from work to office.
