Commerce and Industry Ministry of the nation now introduced the new rule – 43A (work from home) in the special economic zone (SEZ) rule book. Most of the private sector companies and top IT companies, adopting themselves for the work from home culture after the pandemic time. Now the government sector also planned to move towards the work from home.

It is expected that, the SEZ unit likely appoint their workforce including contractual staff, to work from home or from any place outside the SEZ. By this work from home scheme atmost 50 percentages of the workforce from the total number of the employees will have the work from home job offer.
