• Comprehensive knowledge of market settlements for Equities / Fixed income.
• Will have experience of understanding and controlling risk within a similar environment.

• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and follow accordingly.
• Displaying an awareness of key risks within the operations and an ability to monitor and mitigate and own all risk items.
• Requirement to communicate with key stakeholders, which include dealing departments, senior management and on-shore Operations on a daily basis.
• Control parameters like checklists, reporting & escalations, queue management are adhered.
• Challenges traditional ideas and provides innovative alternatives for continuous improvement.
• Takes ownership to convert ideas into viable proposals and ensure effective implementation
• Identifies problems/issues proactively, looks for innovative solutions
• Ensuring SLA’s KPI’s are green : Parameters relating to Productivity, Accuracy, Completeness and TAT are met
• Attention to detail and accuracy is an integral skill that the successful applicant will display.
