As a .Net Technical Lead at Guidance, you will design and develop award winning web applications and mobile solutions for global brands and branded manufacturers. Reporting to the VP of Technology, you will work with project managers, creative teams, developers, QA professionals and account managers to deliver the very best in e-commerce.

Candidate should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks. You should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements
• Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
• Direct and oversee local and off-shore developers
