• Candidate shall undertake independent responsibility of a multiple locations/cities and organize/drive people capability enhancement initiatives.
• Candidate must be able to conduct training needs identification analysis keeping in view business requirements pertinent to process or function, conceptualize solutions and programs, execute the same within given time-lines.
• Driving nominations for programs in locations and ensuring participation across locations for these products basis calendar.

• Handle projects and have connected with leadership of respective projects.
• They shall not include participation in TTT, program sit-troughs and Boot Camps for “Trainers Development”.
• Documentation of reporting on participation (process-wise and BU wise / function wise / project wise) for the programs conducted in the location to be shared with back office – MIS team within the next 24 hours of program conduct. Create reports as and when required.
