Wipro Eligibility Criteria
Database Security: Candidate needed to have experience in on Security devices like Proxy, Web Filtering, Vormetric Database encryption. Candidate is responsible for implementation and integration to encryption of Data bases like Oracle, MySQL, Mongo DB, Greenplum servers with Vormetric solution. Applicant able to work as Lead and provide L3 support belongs to Security solutions and Operation tasks like Vormetric, Proxy, and Web Filtering.
Campus Recruiter: Candidate needed to have good knowledge in on report generation/MIS and prepare good presentation. Candidate is able to give replacement talks and conduct employability sessions.
Wipro Roles and Responsibilities
Database Security: Lead Administrator, should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Candidates are responsible for Vendor Management and people management. Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.
Campus Recruiter: Candidate is responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting from accreditation of colleges, negotiating hiring slots with the colleges, conduct hiring events, engage offered candidates towards improving joining ratios, serve as a primary point of contact for the region’s hiring charter.
