Rishad Premji, chairman of Wipro, said that action was taken by stopping their services in such cases. Regarding this, he said that in the last few months we have found out that 300 people are working in other companies. He mentioned that this is a breach of integrity. Meanwhile, on the issue of moonlighting, Tech Mahindra CEO CP Gurnani tweeted that it is necessary to keep changing with the times and welcome disruption in the way we work.

But earlier this month, Infosys sent a warning message to its employees about moonlighting. The practice of double working or ‘moonlighting’ is not allowed to the employees and violation of these contractual provisions will lead to dismissal.
