Thierry Delaporte, the CEO of Wipro, is now India’s highest-paid IT executive, with a total compensation package of $10.5 million (Rs 79.8 crore) for FY22.

He received $1.7 million in pay and benefits, $2.5 million in commission, $2 million in benefits, and the balance of approximately $4 million went to ‘others.’
He presently holds 118,000 shares of stock.
After taking the reins of the Indian IT major in July 2020, his spectacular ascension to the top ahead of his colleagues occurred in FY21.
From July 6, 2020 until July 30, 2025, he will serve as Wipro’s CEO and Managing Director for a five-year term.
