Will TNPSC Conduct Group 2 Re-Exam?? – Aspirants Protested in Chennai: Every year Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission will conduct Group 2 exams to recruit suitable candidates for various posts in various departments in Tamil Nadu. This exam comprises prelims, mains, and interviews for some posts. Recently, the group 2 mains exam was held on February 24.
The exam was held in a collapsing manner. There was a change in the registration number in the question paper of the candidates and some candidates’ registration numbers are not matched with their hall ticket and exam centre. Because of this, there was a delay to start the exams and the commission has given extra time. According to the report, there are various irregularities in the exams and candidates are demanded to conduct a re-exam.
Yesterday, a demonstration was held near Rajaratnam Stadium, Egmore, Chennai. This demonstration is conducted in association with the Federation of Tamil Nadu All-Level Competitive Examinations along with aspirants. Many numbers of candidates from all districts in TN participated in this demonstration and demanded to conduct the Group-2 mains exams again because of the irregularities that happened in the last exam.
