Even after the government has released the lockdown many IT companies are sticking to the hybrid work mode. Recently, Wipro’s Chairman Mr.RishadPremji made a statement regarding work from home policy.
During the Nasscom India Leadership Forum (NTLF) in Mumbai, Premji stated this announcement. According to his statement, The IT industry is one of the most spoilt industries because of this hybrid work mode. He states that the WFH culture has to be changed to increase the intimacy of the employers and employees.
When employees work from the office the relationship among the employees has increased. Almost 60% of the employees are new to the office, by doing WFH they are lacking in office organization knowledge said Premji. Because of this news, IT firms may plan to cancel the WFH policy for all their employees unless it is necessary.
