Wildlife Institute of India (WII) is a premier autonomous Institute under the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, and Government of India, in the field of wildlife research, teaching and training. The Institute plans to engage 29 project personnel (Indian national only) in its project “Planning and Management for Aquatic Species Conservation and Maintenance of Ecosystem Services in the Ganga River Basin for a Clean Ganga”. Candidates will be required to fill in their personal, educational and professional experience profiles online besides uploading a recent passport size photograph. WII Recruitment 2019 Age Limit:
The candidate’s minimum age should be 30 years and maximum age should be 40 years
WII Recruitment 2019 Education Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Wildlife Science / Forestry / Environmental Science /Environmental Management / Botany / Zoology / Veterinary Science/ Life Science or related subjects with ≥4 years’ experience after M.Sc. in relevant field.
- Master’s degree with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Geo-information/ Life Science/ Environmental Science/ M.Tech.in Environmental Engineering/ Remote Sensing & GIS or related subjects.
WII Recruitment 2019 Salary:
Total consolidated Emoluments (INR) Rs. 20, 000 to Rs. 56, 000
WII Recruitment 2019 Selection Process:
The selection will be made on the basis of written test followed by personal interview.
WII Recruitment 2019 Application Fee:
Candidates will make the payment of application processing fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) through the prescribed “Payment Gateway”. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and Physically Challenged category need to pay only Rs. 100/- as communication fees.
