Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is also reportedly struggling to bring employees back to offices as it plans to end the work-from-home system it introduced for its employees. Now only 20 percent of TCS’ total 6 lakh employees are working in the office. TCS CEO N Ganapathy Subramaniam has said that TCS’s hybrid work style is being affected by employees now working from home.

Meanwhile, under TCS’s 25/25 model, only 25 percent of employees can work from the office per day. Now that TCS is in the process of implementing the 25/25 model, the company has initiated processes for all employees to return to the office.
