WB Police Staff Officer Vacancy 2019:
West Bengal Police has totally 125 vacancies for the post of Staff Officer Cum Instructor in Civil Defence Organisation.
WB Police Staff Officer Age Limit:
The applicant must not be below 20 years and not more than 39 years as on 01.01.2019. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST and by 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal only. Upper age limit is also relaxable up to 02 years for Govt. Employees.
WB Police Staff Officer Qualification:
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent.
WB Police Staff Officer Selection Process:
Open competitive Examination comprising of Four (04) stages. A candidate is eligible to appear in the next stage only if he/ she passes through the previous one. The stages are a. Preliminary Examination, b. Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET), c. Final Competitive Examination and d. Personality Test.
WB Police Staff Officer Salary:
Basic Pay: Rs.7,100/- to Rs.37,600/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,600/-
WB Police Staff Officer Application Fee:
All categories except Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (of West Bengal only) RS.250/- for Application Fee & Rs.20/- for Processing fee for all candidates.
