The applicants should have completed the qualification of Master (FG) Certificate of competency. An Indian Citizen with a Foreign Certificate of Competency (COC) and recognized by India must acquire relevant endorsement from DG shipping, Government of India. The candidates should have One-year of experience as chief officer and above in foreign going ship, Post possessing the COC as Master (FG).
The candidates should have upper age limit of 65 years at the time of Pilotage service. The shortlisted aspirants will be eligible for the salary of Rs.80, 000/- per month during training period, for Full Tonnage/ unrestricted tonnage is minimum Rs.1, 25,000 per month to maximum Rs.2, 00,000/- per month.
