Uttarakhand GDS Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:
Uttarakhand GDS Educational Qualification:
Candidates who wish to apply for this position must have a Secondary School Examination pass certificate from the 10th grade, with passing grades in Mathematics, the local language, and English.
Uttarakhand GDS Age Limit:
As of 23.08.2021, the minimum and maximum age limits for applying for GDS positions will be 18 and 40 years, respectively. The following age relaxations will be granted to the candidates.
- Schedule Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST)- 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (OBC)- 3 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD)- 10 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) + OBC- 13 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) + SC/ST- 15 years
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)- No relaxation
Uttarakhand GDS Salary:
The following Pay scale will be applied to the shortlisted candidates depending on the position they will be appointed to.
- BPM Rs.12,000/- Rs.14,500/-
- ABPM/Dak Sevak Rs.10,000/- Rs.12,000/-
Uttarakhand GDS Application Fee:
Applicant in the OC/OBC/EWS category for each set of five alternatives, a cost of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred) shall be paid by the male / trans-man. Candidates who need to make a payment must go to any of India’s Head Post Offices or other designated Post Offices.
The payment of fee is exempted for all Female / trans-woman candidates, all SC/ST candidates and all PwD candidates.
Uttarakhand GDS Selection Process:
The merit list will be used to make the selections, which will be based on the candidates’ SSLC marks (10th). As a result, individuals who scored higher on their board exam have a better chance of being shortlisted by the board.
