Utkal University Application Fees 2020:
The filled in application form signed by the candidate must be submitted along with a non refundable fees of Rs.2000/-for General Candidate, Rs.1000/- for ST, SC and Women Candidate and for international applicants (100 USD) / Rs.7150 INR. No fees are required for PwD candidate.
How to Apply Utkal University Recruitment 2020
Online applications may be filled in with utmost care and should be sent along with the required documents to the Registrar, Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar-751004 by SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST/ International Courier (only for candidates abroad) so as to reach on or before 11th March 2020. One master copy should contain all required documents while the other six copies should be the print out of the application form. The supporting documents should be numbered in accordance with the sequence of the application form and submitted so as to reach within 7 (Seven) days from the closing date of receipt of online application. The envelopes containing the application should be super scribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PROFESSOR”.
Documents to be submitted along with application forms
- Self attested photocopies of certificates and mark sliects of all examinations passed.
- Proof of payment of application fee
- Photocopies of other achievements / awards and evidence of research accomplishments.
- Candidates who are in-service can send their\applications as Advance copy in order to avoid delay. They have to ensure that the `proper channel’ application shall reach the undersigned well in advance before the date of interview.
- Candidates applying for the post of professor are required to submit the reprints of their ten major publications.
