UPSC Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:
Data Processing Assistant – Candidates shall pass Master’s Degree in Computer Application or Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized University or Institute OR B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
Private Secretary – Candidates shall pass Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Dictation: 10 minutes @ 100 words per minute. (iii) Transcription: 40 minutes (English) 55 minutes (Hindi) only on Computers.
Senior Grade of Indian Information Service – Applicants shall pass Degree of a recognized University or Institute; (ii) Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication from a recognized University/Institution; or Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from a recognized University/Institute.

Youth Officer – Applicants must have completed Master’s Degree from a recognized University OR (ii) Degree of a recognized University with Two years’ experience in organizing programmes relating to youth work or youth welfare including National Cadet Corps or National Service Scheme or National Service Volunteers Scheme or sports or cultural and educational activities including camping (along-with Master’s Degree)
UPSC Recruitment 2021 Age Limit:

Step 3: They are also requested to go through carefully the details of posts and instructions published below as well as on the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in .
Step 4: Candidates must upload the documents/certificates in support of all the claims made by them in the application like, Date of Birth, Experience (preferably in prescribed format), Desirable Qualification(s) etc.
Step 5: any other information, separately against each claim in pdf file in such a way that the file size does not exceed 1 MB for the respective aforesaid modules and 2 MB for the “UPLOAD OTHER DOCUMENT” module and is legible when a printout taken.
Step 6: Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth, or mark sheet of Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent issued by Central/State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of claim of age.
