UPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2023: Online Recruitment Applications (ORA*) have been invited from Eligible Candidates for filling up the post of Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Cardiology), Deputy Director (Pla/Stat.), Assistant Professor, and Other Vacancies. Qualification for the post is a Master’s Degree (Tamil) with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in the concerned/ relevant/allied subject from a recognized University/ Institute. Applicants do not exceed the Maximum Age Limit of 40 Years.
Selection will be based on a Recruitment Test. Generally, weightage in the ratio of 75:25 is accorded for marks in the Recruitment Test and for marks in the interview in determining final merit. The pay Scale for the post is Level- 10/11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.
